This project is about making a dome that is a least 5 inches. It had to be creative and withstand weight. 

 

               The project I chose for my elective is the Dome Project. I chose this because I found this project fun, but also challenging. It was fun because we got to make the dome be whatever we wanted, which was a dome that held events like Olympics and field trips. It was challenging for my group and I because we had a hard time making it a dome shape. After many tries, we finally got the shape and I learned techniques to make the popsicle sticks form a round shape. We also had to be responsible because to get materials, we had to "buy" them with our "coins" we earned during class. So I got a chance to be creative with this project too and My group and I  had to be careful with the "coins" we spend.
